Toothpaste production uses servo-driven extrusion lines compatible with laminate tubes (ABL/PBL), plastic tubes, and jar formats. The system handles viscosities from light gel formulas to dense paste, with automated tube-sealing and batch-code printing. All paste lines operate within our 100,000-class cleanroom environment.
