Did it cross your mind how factories process teeth whitening kits? Various innovations on teeth whitening products must have activated your curiosity on how they are made – the process and the ingredients.
There’s so much inside a single teeth whitening kit that we need to familiarize each one of them. After all, you have to know your product to market and sell better.
And if you are new to this product line, Cinoll is a teeth whitening kit manufacturer that’s been in the industry for a decade now, catering to brands worldwide.
What’s in Your Customized Teeth Whitening Kits
Teeth whitening kits are more than just a box with dental products. It’s just so broad that we need to specify each component inside the kit. Cinoll only uses the best ingredients and materials for every teeth whitening product we manufacture.
Included in the teeth whitening kit is a whitening tray that comes in two different materials. Before processing your kits, our team will offer either a whitening tray made of EVA or TPE materials. Ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) materials are a lot like rubber in terms of softness, making them quite flexible and comfortable to put in the mouth.
Meanwhile, the thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) materials offer a more comprehensive range of softness and flexibility, as these materials are a combination of rubber and thermoplastic. They can take the exact shape of the teeth for a great fit.
Whitening LED lights
This whitening material uses a light-emitting diode (LED) for your teeth. Cinoll meticulously assembles this gadget from the number of beads, body and light color, light intensity, and the overall shape of the material. Light beads specification is critical since the more the beads, the stronger the whitening power of the teeth whitening LEDs.
The Syringe Gel
Some might think that syringes might just be for vaccines, but oral care today also uses syringe gels for teeth whitening. Cinoll designed whitening gel in a syringe for a hassle-free whitening regimen. Our teeth whitening gels are vegan and cruelty-free, as we refuse and do not promote cruel and unnecessary tests on animals.
In creating the gel formula, we test them in our factory and not from outsourcing companies. There are three active ingredients for your gel – hydrogen peroxide (HP), carbamide peroxide (CP), and phthalimido-peroxy-caproic acid (PAP).
HP serves as the stain removing agent in your whitening gel. Since hydrogen peroxide is a potent oxidizing agent that reacts with stain compounds in the teeth, carbamide peroxide breaks down into hydrogen peroxide and urea when it comes to contact with water. Hydrogen peroxide then produces a bleaching effect on stained teeth. PAP is a new, non-invasive teeth whitening technology with a high potential of the oxidation that dissolves stains built up on the surface and behind the enamel through the dentine layer and neutralizes deeper stains.
Cinoll also puts a great effort into the concentration of the stain removing agents in syringe gels. Concentrations normally range from 6% to 44%, and 22% or less carbamide peroxide concentration for at-home-use.
Teeth Shade Guides
Shade guides can come in plastic or porcelain. They function as a tracker of your teeth whitening progress. It is a side-by-side comparison tool so users can determine the effectiveness of teeth whitening gels. In some kits, teeth shade guides come in a paper for better recycling after use.
We Care about Quality Too
One of the risks of importing goods from other countries is you may not check the quality of the ordered products. This is why it is essentially vital to choose a teeth whitening kit manufacturer that’s not only declaring high-quality teeth whitening kits on paper but lives and does the work.
Cinoll is aware of how critical and difficult it is to return defective goods to China. To avoid the risk, Cinoll proactively implements strict compliance with our client’s requests and specifications and conducts inspections and material checks before they will leave our factory. At the same time, we are providing quality reports to help you better control the quality of your teeth whitening kits.
Being in the industry for ten years, we are aware of possible difficulties our clients might encounter. As a manufacturer, we initiate and study each hurdle and specifically address them one by one. This way, we can thoroughly guide clients from conceptualization until distribution.
Get Private Label Teeth Whitening Kits Quick
According to Forbes, the pandemic made the sale of private labels soar higher. With some more prominent brands having supply issues, more customers look into alternatives that provide better results and lower pricing. Private labeling is not going to stop anytime soon. More distributors and smaller companies dive into the idea of building a brand instead of selling someone else’s label.
If you have the right teeth whitening kit manufacturer to accommodate all your brand customizations, then you are in for a treat! At the end of the day, your brand should matter. Cinoll, apart from its vast array of specification options, we try to suggest options from design to formula and packaging. We will not assert ourselves. We only aim to provide you with options through our demos.
