Meet key members of Cinoll team. We have different works but we have same one goal: to serve our clients better.
Meet the People Behind Cinoll
We are a small but dedicated team. Each of us comes from a different background, but we share the same belief — that doing things right, and doing them honestly, is what makes a good partner. Here is a little about who we are.
Frank Yang
CEO
I started Cinoll because I saw a gap — brands were struggling to find a manufacturer they could actually trust. Not just one that could produce, but one that would be honest about what was possible, communicate clearly, and care about the outcome. That is still what I try to build every day. We are not the biggest factory, and I am okay with that. I would rather be the one our clients call when something goes wrong, knowing we will figure it out together.

Haofeng Lau
Production Director
I have been working in production for many years. I do not talk much, but I pay attention to every detail on the line. If something is not right, I want to know before it leaves the factory. My job is simple — make sure the product is good. That is what I focus on every day..
Cara Luk
Sales Manager
I genuinely enjoy talking to clients, especially at the beginning when everything is still an idea. I try to ask the right questions and listen carefully, because I know that what you describe and what you actually need are sometimes different things. I am not here to close a deal — I am here to make sure we start on the right foot.
Kristine Law
Sales Manager
Working with overseas clients means there is always a time difference, a language gap, or some confusion along the way. I have learned to be patient with that. I try to explain things clearly, follow up without being pushed, and keep things moving. If you feel like you are being taken care of, then I am doing my job.
Lynn Luo
Purchasing Director
I am responsible for what goes into our products before production starts. I spend a lot of time evaluating suppliers and checking ingredient quality. It is not the most visible part of the process, but I think it matters a lot. A good product starts with good materials, and I take that seriously.
Serafino Cheung
Logistics Manager
Shipping is where a lot of problems happen, and most of them are avoidable. I try to prepare the documents carefully, choose the right carriers, and flag potential issues early. I know that for our clients, receiving the goods on time is just as important as the product itself. I try not to let that part down.
Mia Wong
Marketing Manager
My role is to help people understand who we are before they even reach out. I try to be honest in how we present ourselves — not overpromising, not making things sound bigger than they are. I think clients appreciate knowing what they are actually getting into. That is the kind of trust I want to build through the content we put out.
